What’s up with the name? I’ll get right to it. I launched Bloomin’ Pissed with pro-choice t-shirts when Roe v. Wade was overturned in 2022. Two years later, 13 states have made it illegal for women to make their own decisions about family planning and health care and another 12 states have passed laws that are hostile toward women’s rights. For every pro-choice t-shirt purchased on this site, I donate $5 to Planned Parenthood.

That said, I sell other things, too. My products are designed with images of my original watercolor and acrylic paintings, which are inspired by Northern California’s Napa Valley. This work reminds me that the simple pleasures we take for granted one day may be gone the next. Here I express the duality of life—both beauty and bullshit—and by doing so, I end up with a surplus of joy.
